Vintage demilune burled walnut wood and brass desk by Sligh-Lowry. Features a sophisticated demilune shape with bowed back, leatherette inset top with applied tooling border, over two pair of drawers flanking a single drawer in the middle. Sturdy brass legs supported by burled wood stretcher. Drawers each feature circular ring pulls. The desk is finished all the way around so it can be used anywhere in any room or office. Marked “Sligh-Lowry” inside dovetailed drawers. Center drawer measures 17.5"W and side drawers each at 7.75"W.
Natural age wear. Slight chip to front desk top edge and bruises to front edge where a chair bumped. Spot imperfection to leather as shown. Sturdy and well made piece.
