In all original condition (even the engine turned gilt bronze pine cone finial is original to the lamp) with exquisite detailed sharp crisp bronze figural mounts. High quality hardware as expected for e f caldwell and company top tier piece with correct sound weight and a straight solid stance. Note: The white house in Washington DC as well as other important historical buildings and mansions were decorated with e f caldwell lighting starting from early 20th century (1900's). Large and impressive size 36.5 inches tall to the top of gilt bronze finial acquired from a New York gold coast Long Island estate with other antiques such as kpm plaque meissen porcelain sevres royal vienna and grand tour Italian sculpture.
