A fine antique French porcelain bunch bowl.
By Edme Samson et Cie.
In the Chinese Export style
Decorated throughout with floral device in a sepia brown with extensive gilt accents to both the interior and exterior. The exterior with a gilt fish-scale pattern band around its circumference.
Both the rim and foot rim are gilt.
Marked to the base with Samson et Cie's maker's mark / Made in France
Simply a wonderful punch bowl!

Condition Details:
With some slight rubbing to the gilding here and there. Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
