The Italian Ceramic Artist Aldo Londi from Montelupo became Art Director of Bitossi in the early 1950s and created his famous Rimini Blu Series in 1955. It has more than 150 different Designs, Vases, Bowls and Animals, all glazed in bright blue and green colors wit their characteristic pattern. This cat is a very rare and huge model, so really a sought after piece for Ceramic Collectors and as well a pleasure for cat lovers. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
