It is entitled "A SHREWED GUESS or the Farmers definition of Parliamentary Debates". It measures 15 15/16" by 12" on the outside of the frame. The piece is in excellent overall condition with signs of wear consistent with its age and use (some rolling and browning to paper; some losses at corners of paper; scattered surface wear to wood frame).
