Condition is like new except for four small felt pads attached to base, which can be easily removed if desired. No makers mark, but it does have stickers identifying the maker as Egermann. The top diameter is 7”, the bottom diameter is 5.25”. No indication of period of manufacture, but it appears to be mid to late 20th century. See less
