This loveseat is part of a suite of Carlton McLendon Victorian reproduction furniture we purchased new in 2002 from the H.R. Zollinger Furniture Co. in St. Louis, Missouri. We will be listing the matching additional pieces of this suite of furniture. All Carlton McLendon furniture was manufactured by craftsman at their facility in Montgomery, Alabama.
The furniture originally furnished the formal great room in our previous much larger residence and was very gently used and well cared for.
The Carlton McLendon part number and description for this loveseat is No. 7504 Harriet Marcus Love Seat. Fabric number is 719 Premium. Loveseat is made from solid Honduran mahogany with a tapestry patterned fabric upholstery. There are no scratches or signs of wear on this piece. The wood finish is called Dark Fruitwood.
