This antique Chinese cabinet is crafted in the Ming-style, characterized by its simple, straight lines. The cabinet frames are made from single planks of solid wood, each approximately three inches thick. Handcrafted using traditional Chinese joinery techniques—wooden pegs and a tenon structure—this piece exemplifies the timeless craftsmanship of ancient China. The cabinet features two drawers and a spacious interior shelf, offering ample storage. Made from elmwood with a rich, natural grain, it is exceptionally sturdy and has been preserved in excellent condition. The original patina and wear add to its authentic charm. Circa early 19th century. Copper hardware.
