An excellent vintage monochrome print after black and blue chalk drawing "Sketch for the Mural "Greek Colony" in the Palais de Longchamp, Marcelle (1869) by Pierre Puvis de Chavannes (1824-1898). Marked in the print with the stamp of the artist's estate. Comes from a rare art folio published in Budapest in 1959. Printed on one side of high quality heavy paper. Copy on back is related to another piece in the folio. Excellent condition - minor edge wear, never framed.
