A French Louis XV style 20th century walnut side table. This side table features a rectangular planked top with beveled edges and square corners, scalloped aprons on three sides and a well-proportioned, centered drawer. The table is raised on tall legs, which are cabriole in the front and straight in the back. The wide undulating apron, which dips at the center, attracts all of the attention. Though unpretentious, the warm golden-brown tone and rich patina of this table exudes charm and refinement. This sturdy table is well constructed with pegged mortise and tenon joinery.
