A beautiful antique French bed curtain, dating c 1850. Wonderful madder brown lilac and morning glory pattern! This fabric has a wonderful picotage ground (tiny dots!). Its backed in natural cotton. There is a plain top on this curtain, this is where the valance would have hung from the bed and covered this piece, so for economical reasons, the patter wasnt used at the top! This textile is hand stitched and quilted! (EFF 175)
Measurements: This lovely fabric measures approximately 50 inches wide by 53 inches long. (there is an additional 12 inches of plain fabric at the top, extending the length to 65 inches long
Condition: This textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. There are some small holes, however for its age, This panel is in wonderful condition, The top edge was once hung by nails, so there are some little holes surrounded by rust.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
