Beautiful vintage Christofle silverplate butter knives in the Rubans pattern ~ set of 4. Beautiful patina that you can only get through time and use.
The Rubans pattern has been made by Christofle since 1907 ~ these estate sale pieces likely date to the 70's or 80's. It is still made and available today. Per Christofle's website: "Created in 1907, Rubans is a feminine Louis XVI-style pattern. The line’s trademarks — graceful symmetrical ornamentation, crisscrossed ribbons and adorable bows — summon feelings of childhood contentment and joy while simultaneously maintaining elegance."
