Description - A rare, large and exquisite cranberry glass chalice decorated with finely engraved views of cherubs holding bunches of grapes above a barrel, additional views of Pan and other characters among grape trees. The applied clear glass stem decorated with a red and white twist, the foot with engraved grapes and leaves.
Age - Mid to third quarter of the 19th Century
Size - Approximately 10 + 1/2 inches tall by 6 + 1/2 inches diameter across the rim
