The 339-page hardcove suggests there are psychological bases for fatigue and absent physical ails, once fear, boredom, indecision, worry, & other emotions are alleviated, you' ll feel much more awake!. Chapters on vitalizing emotions, balancing work/life.,hobbies, friends, health and how they all lead to releasing bad feelings and energizing life! This book was written before, and revised, as WWII was ending. Published by Personal Improvement Guild, the author also wrote "Doctors of the Mind." The rather scarce book is in very good vintage condition - clean, bright and unmarked. The former owner was a Rest Home in San Fernando (noted on the inside front cover).
