We are thrilled that we could find a matching set of six of these stunning vessels. They are beautifully decorated in Imari patterns that we believe date to the mid 20th century. Classic and traditional, alternating Patterns scallop around the rim while in the center a wheeled design with a floral running through it as detail. Colors of oxblood red, blue, green with accent of gold, decorate the entire plate against a soft white.

these are a nice size for a small cup of broth, or even noodles. They would also work well for a large cup of tea.

Origin: Imari ware originates from the town of Arita, in the former Hizen Province, Japan.
Material: Porcelain.
Design: Characterized by vibrant colors, often including blue, red, and gold.

nice condition, no chips, no cracks. There is some loss of gold at the edges of the cup rims likely from handling and use. See less
