The latter is housed in a 400 year old adobe structure and was opened in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, long before Santa Fe was a trendy destination.

Mr. Miller's recipes combine his classical culinary training (the prestigious Culinary Institute of America) with a local focus on fresh and authentic New Mexican ingredients.

Ms. Murphy initially served hamburgers out of her fledgling restaurant, a former barracks, then branched out to the interesting repertoire of Cajun & Mexican favorites.

The Coyote Cafe book is in excellent, possibly unused, condition. Written inscription on inside page. The Pink Adobe volume has a strong spine, clean pages, and cover wear appropriate for almost 40 years of culinary enjoyment.
