On the underside of this table, you will find the name of the manufacturer, Vejle Stole og Møbelfabrik, along with the country of origin, Denmark. The Danish word "møbelfabrik" means "furniture factory" in English and appears on many Danish pieces. This coffee table was designed by Henning Kjaernulf. As a vintage piece of furniture, this coffee table isn't in perfect condition. There is a small indentation on the top that measures 3/8" in length (refer to picture 10). There are areas of wear on the legs (refer to picture 11). There are a few bubbles on the veneer on top of the table where the veneer has come up, but you can only see them if you hold the table at an angle in bright light or if you run your hand over the surface of the table.

I photographed this table outside on a beautiful sunny day, which gave the wood a warm glow. The color of the wood will invariably look different in an interior when viewed in artificial light. I have additional pictures of the legs of this table if you want to examine the wear more carefully and will be happy to send them to you.
