John custom framed signed original still life oil painting on canvas is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.

The framed original oil painting on stretched canvas is painted in the Mid Twentieth Century by the artist C. John. The still life composition is a beautiful example of Mid Century Modernist aesthetics represented in a gorgeous vibrant multicolor palette, with subtle textural painterly surface details.

The painting is signed by the artist in the lower left front corner area " C. John ".

The vintage framed Modernist painting measures 17 1/8" W X 13 1/8" H X 1 1/2" D. It is period custom framed in a float mounted presentation with a walnut stained wood box style molding with a metallic gold gilded front trim detail. There is an attached sawtooth bracket hanging hardware on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.

It is in excellent vintage condition consistent with age and use. There is some light signs of handling and wear to the frame molding, and very light surface wear to the painting. Please see photos for condition reference. It is now being offered here for an excellent price. See less
