Impressive pair of marble top console tables attributed to Maison Jansen. The consoles are constructed in carved wood, polychrome and gilded. Both feature a polished antico verde marble top.. The Paris based Maison Jansen interior decoration firm was active between
the 19th and 20tn centuries. The company focused on historical revivals and contemporary trends. Jansen produced furniture in 18th century style, as well masterpieces in other historically derived styles. It partnered with some of the greatest designers of the 20th century.
Condition is very good. Wear commensurate with age and use.
