Superb vintage sculpture of a leopard from Benin Nigeria.
Leopards are a royal symbol in Benin Kingdom, they are fast,
powerful and fierce a character which kings could identify with as the ulimate ruler of its people.
Leopard are often portrayed in the art objects and artifacts of the Benin culture.
The piece is made of a heavy bronze with amazing details ,using the lost wax system, which make it a unique piece,
