Magistretti designed this large sindbad armchair in 1981 for italian company cassina. This removable “throw blanket” cover on this particular chair is light grey stripes with dark grey border banding. The main structure is a black lacquered wood frame upholstered in polyurethane foam and padding, sat upon black metal uprights and black wooden feet. The throw is in good condition, and is simply held in place by two screw threaded nuts and velcro, allowing the cover to be completely removed. This cover has been recently dry cleaned. A chair big enough for both you and your pet!
there is evidence of wear under the blanket, including a wear hole in one of the arms and discolouring of the white cotton, neither of which can be seen with the cover on. The black feet all have age related marks.

official proof of authenticity,
