Just arrived this beautiful rare French Majolica Plate in the Bernard Palissy style, Oysters on a Bed of Lettuce Leaves, by H. Boulenger, also called Choisy le Roi, C.1890 .
Stamped at the back and marked in hollow.
Very good to excellent condition, very shiny surface, very minor crazing, consistent with age and use, no chips or repairs.
