Many potters produced works in the … Read more Charming vintage pair of candlestick holders in the style of iItalian porcelain maker Capodimonte. Many potters produced works in the style of Capodimonte in the 1950's and 1960's, but it's nearly impossible to really date these pieces. Regardless, they are beautiful and a lot of work and detail go into making these pieces of earthenware. The candlesticks each feature one large rose with smaller blooms, buds and leaves. Due to the handcrafted and handpainted nature, they are not identical, but very desirable. Overall these are in great shape given their age and delicate nature. There are a few minor chips on each one that are not noticeable unless scrutinized. Please view photos closely. See less
