A pair of Hans Holbein Stipile engravings by Francesco Bartolozzi. These are from his majesties collection King George the III, and also founding member of the Royal Academy.certificate on back says in His Majesties Collection published January 1, 1812 by J. Chamberlain
Male engraving is of the Strange Knight 1796 measures at 12.25 x 11.25" and is matted and framed and considered a collectors as stated on back of engraving.
Female engraving Katherine Brandon Duchess of Suffolk-1796 measures 12.25" x 11.25" This also considered a scarce engraving.
Frames are very old and chippy with thick green velvet mat. I like the small chips because original so I never touched up.
