This is a fantastic, heavy (9.5 lbs) silverplate tray with beautiful raised designs around the edge and on the handles and a nice etched pattern on the flat tray center but there is quite a bit of silver loss throughout which some people might like. I have not tried to polish it and some of it might polish but there are places on both the flat part and the raised design with silver loss.
The tray measures 29 inches handle to handle and the tray itself measures 24 inches by 18 inches and it is 2 inches high.
