This classic Persian Malayer rug features a repeating geometric floral pattern composed of the Guli Henna which is the Flower of Hinnai also known as Guli Hinnai; a central stem plant with star flowers on either side. The Mina Khani and Guli Hinnai design is rendered in subdued azure, coral, and salmon hues on a contrasting field of midnight and ink blue. The compound border echoes the colors of the main lozenge in replicating geometric patterns.
