This hand knotted wool antique Persian Hamadan runner features an all-over floral lattice pattern composed of the Guli Henna which is the Flower of Hinnai also known as Guli Hinnai; a central stem plant with star flowers on either side. The elaborate design of large florets, blooms, vines, leaves, rosettes and small leaflets elegantly spread across the field in quite a striking display. Boteh motif guard borders flank a lovely palmette Meander main border.
