This vintage sterling silver bowl, also known as a nut dish, bonbon dish, or mint dish, showcases elegant pierced openwork craftsmanship. Weighing 2.1 oz (60g), it measures 4-3/8" dia, and 1.5” high. The dish is marked Sterling, 254, and bears a hallmark, as seen in photos.
The openwork design adds a refined touch, making it ideal for serving sweets, nuts, or small treats.
In good antique condition with light surface aging and some tarnish, as expected for its age. A beautiful addition to any sterling silver collection or elegant table setting. This piece may benefit from additional polishing, although it is being sold as seen in the photos.
