An Imari tea set, the familiar pattern is displayed here still in its original box. The set includes 5 cup and saucers and a 8” tall lidded tea pot. The blue, red and gold design depicts florals and birds in flight. Lovely to use or to display in a cabinet or on a sideboard.
Most likely from the Arita region, each piece is marked on the bottom and the box retains its original labels.
Measurements given are for the box.
