Found in England, this large 19th Century English Tole Planter was crafted in the late 1800's. The piece features an outer painted design with foilate decoration on each side. The inside of the planter is hallmarked "Robert Adams & Sons, East Maitland St., Edinburgh" on a rasied plaque. This oval form planter or cachepot does show wear from many years of use and only adds to the warm patina and character of the piece. Perfect for a tablescape or garden, this 19th Century English Tole Planter or Cachepot will be a great addition to any setting.
