This Really Is a Great Looking & Very Fine Quality Antique English Sterling Silver Presentation Trophy Mug - Ale Tankard. It is Rendered in a Classic Style 18th Century English Style. The Front has a Beautifully Engraved Presentation ( Bovine Related ) That Reads.

It was Completely Hand Made in England as the 5 Assorted Documented Hallmarks can Confirm. Marks include the Town of London Panther Head - A Lion Passant Sterling Silver Mark - A Queen Victoria Head Profile - and a "L" Date Letter that Confirms that it was Actually Made in 1886.It Also has the Added Feature of the Documented W.B.J. London Maker Mark of Walter & John Barnard. It is in Very Nice All Original Condition - No Damage - No Repairs - Displays Beautifully. It Appears to Have Been Produced with a Gold Wash Interior but Note that the Gold Surface has Some Age and Use Related Wear. It is Lightly Tarnished but is Sure to Polish Up Easily and Beautifully!.
It has a Substantial Solid Sterling Silver Weight of 298.71 Grams - 9.604 Troy Ounces.
It Measures Overall Approx 5 1/8 inches Tall x 5 1/4 inches Long x 3 5/8 inches Wide.
