With its timeless elegance and regal charm, this hand knotted silk vintage Persian Kashan accent rug features a sixteen point scalloped medallion anchored with a trefoil pendant on either side. The midnight blackish colored field is composed of blooming palmettes, curved sickle leaves, arabesque vines, floral sprigs, rosettes, and blossoms. Elaborate adorn each corner. It is framed with a Shah Abbas palmette border flanked with an inner and outer carnation Meander guard band and an outer guard border.
