This design classic dates from the 1960s & was produced by the leading Norwegian mid century design manufacturers Rybo Rykken & Co. It is designed by Elsa Solheim & Nordahl Solheim. See stamp underneath each chair. Please notice we have 2 sets of 2 for sale. A total of 4 chairs. That could be suitable for a hotel lobby or a conference room.

The chairs shape gives a perfect support and ultimate comfort. Constructed on a beech wood frame with sweeping legs & cantilevered form. The original brown leather cushions, im absolutely great condition, lie in a brown canvas seat which is stretched with rope between the curved wooden frame.

Very few of these chairs survive due to a limited production run. See picture of base with manafacturers stamp. This is a reare set on the market.

The Chairs are in great condition. Structually they are perfect and strong. The wooden frame is beautiful and with no damages (please notice a small chip on the back of a leg on one of the chairs, see picture).
The leather is soft and the foam inside is completely firm. Some places the leather has been worn more than other, but overall in great condition, we have had it clean professionally. No smell or odur. All condition is visible on the photos.

Beautiful cognac tan leather color. This piece has an attribution mark,
