This is a Gorgeous! Original Oil Painting on Canvas by the late Stan Fontaine (1938-2021) of the Buyou at Night. The Painting has Rich Details and captures a Serene picture in Smokey Charcoal and Misty Blue and featuring the Beautiful Swamp Cypress Trees and Certainly one of the Best Paintings by a New Orleans Favorite Artist.
The Late Stan Fontaine was the Youngest of 7 Children and at the young age of 14 began to work on the Mississippi River as a longshoreman and later became the Captain of the Riverboat Choctaw
The Painting is in Nice Vintage Condition with Wear Normal for Age and Use and has no tears or holes to the canvas and is in it's Original Frame and Measures 32" long x 26 " tall x 1.5" deep
