This one-of-a-kind exceptional pillow is crafted from an up-cycled vintage flat-weave Boucherouite rug. The term "Boucherouite" describes the method used to make these textiles using recycled materials. This technique gained popularity in Morocco in areas where wool might be scarce, and weavers repurposed clothing scraps into textiles. This particular style of Boucherouite rugs are rarely produced anymore making these pillows truly one-of-a-kind. The back is made of natural white cotton canvas with a hidden zipper along the bottom edge seam.
