“Day Dreamer” is a fabulous and original large abstract face painted in oil paint on canvas. The palette is bright but not overpowering. The composition is quite daring in its simplicity. The intensity of the painting is heightened by the spontaneous and minimalist brushwork. Basically the color does the talking. The palette includes: magenta, bright and pale pink, peach, raspberry red, yellow, bright, light green and white. There is also depth created with layers and by the varied application of the paint from thin wash to thicker brushstrokes. The 1.5" edge is painted matte white. Certificate of Authenticity. Signed and dated on front and back.
