Pair of Maniglia floor lamps designed by Jonathan de Pas, Donato D'Urbino and Paolo Lomazzi for Italian lighting manufacturer Stilnovo.
We found the following in a Stilnovo advertisement from 1975 -translated from Italian-: "New quality of design. Light, it moves with the touch of one finger. Perfectly balanced, it can be oriented in all directions. Subtle but robust. Structure in high resistance thermoplastic material, with cooling 'fins'."
The transformer is cleverly mounted at the end of the 92 cm long arm of the lamp. It acts as a counterweight so the lamp can move in all directions. The maximum height of the lamp is 162 cm. This piece has an attribution mark,
