This ceiling lamp was designed by Emil Stejnar in the 1950s and manufactured by Rupert Nikoll. The spheric lamp features a brass core mounted with lacquered wire baskets. 10 white lacquered shades holding E14 bulbs alternate with glass flowers (one is a star) and prisms to create the snowball (or "Pusteblume") effect after which this piece is named.
