Exceptional example from noted abstract painter Alfonsas Dargis, signed and dated (1969). The painting features poly chrome organic forms on a dusky blue background, in original gilt frame.
Alfonsas Dargis ( 1909 -1996) was a Lithuanian emigrant, who live and worked in Rochester NY, his work is represented in many major collections, museums etc, and his work has an impressive sales record as well, easily found on the net.
This example is in very fine, original, untouched estate condition, free of damage or repairs.
