The Karl Klokotschnik factory was founded in Bavaria in 1912, and from the end of the 50s of the 20th century there was a peak in the development of the enterprise, it stood in the same row with the largest German manufacturers of high-quality crystal.

The subsequent economic crisis and, as a result, the decline in production put the manufactory on the brink of bankruptcy.

Although the factory is still operating today, it has not been able to return to the production of the products it produced during its heyday. So now, any of its products produced in the 60s and 70s, especially those of high quality and preservation, have automatically become a subject of special attention from collectors and connoisseurs of crystal, and the cost of such items only increases every year.
