This original oil painting on stretched canvas by listed painter Joyce Roybal. Roybal was born in 1955 in Italy and is well known for his cartoonish child genre paintings known as ‘Puffy People’. This example depicts children flying whimsical balloons. The work is signed on the lower left.
It is presented in a gilded gold wooden frame. Ready to hang.

His artwork was primarily influenced by Graciela Boulanger, and his subject matter rarely strayed from round-faced children at play.
