This exquisite plate, … Read more Scandinavian modern french blue, hand-painted plate with floral motif designed by Eva Jancke-Björk for Bo Fajans, Sweden. This exquisite plate, numbered 3733, is designed by Eva Jancke-Björk and showcases a beautifully crafted design typical for the 1950s. It features four branches painted in black, each adorned with a white snowberry (Latin name: Symphoricarpos albus). In the center of the plate, two bare branches are depicted—one with four white snowberries and the other with five. A black-painted band encircles the edges of the plate, which has square borders that elegantly tuck in at the corners. The white snowberries slightly protrude from the surface, allowing them to be felt by touch. See less
