The floral fabric is retro but in relatively good condition. No holes, burns or tears. Cushions on the seats have bounce and are ready for a few more years of use. Cane seat backs have some small holes (see photos) but are at about 95%. Overall these sturdy mid century chairs have many good years left as is or would be brought from an 8 to a 10 with some restoration. less
