Unique miniature hand-painted Toby Mug of James Monroe, the 5th US President, who served from 1817-1825. This mug was produced in Spain during the 1960's-1970's by the Severo Soria Factory and measures 2.0 inches tall x 2.0 inches wide including the handle, with a 1.0 inch diameter mug opening. Perfect collector's piece.
