The hardcover book with laminated cover boards, and dust jacket is published by Bullfinch Press, Little Brown & Company Boston, New York, London, printed in Spain in 1999. It features a monograph survey of the Pop Art Love inspired artworks of the artist Keith haring, with accompanied text that is a complete poem " To You from Me ", written by Keith Haring as a teenager, copyright 1999 The Estate of Keith Haring.

Keith Haring ( 1958 - 1990 ) was an incredibly vibrant American artist and social activist who's artwork responded to the 1980's Street culture by expressing concepts of birth, death, sexuality, and war. Haring's work was often heavily political, his imagery became a widely recognized vivid and iconic visual language of The 20th Century. Haring's close friends and inspirational contemporaries included Andy Warhol, Jean Michel Basquiat, and Madonna, all of whom he collaborated with in his lifetime. Artworks by Haring are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.

Known for his exuberant graffiti images and his streetwise artistic savvy, Keith Haring nonetheless had a romantic side, and hearts and lovers figure prominently in his work. The theme of Love was also a major influence on Haring, and integral to his creative process. Collected in this book are forty of his most " lovely " images paired with a love poem he wrote titled " To You from Me ", combined together to reveal and communicate to us a great sense of emotion and joy.

The rare out of print 1st edition Pop Art book measures 6 4/4" W X 5 3/4" H X 1/2" D, with 84 pages, featuring 40 color illustrations.
