Early 19th Century English circular salver with a robust foliate scroll motif rim, a bold floral border on a fish-scale motif ground and a central reserve with an engraved coat of arms topped by a lion. It is raised on four, sturdy rocaille and scroll feet. Perfect for display or as a card tray, to place incoming mail, as a drinks tray or similar. It would also make a nice gift for a Sheffield plate enthusiast. It will be shipped fully insured with a tracking number.
Measurements: 10" diameter by 1 1/4" high approximately.
