This is a shapely curved antique bow glass display cabinet for china or collectibles. Its simplified curved lines are typical of the very early years of the twentieth century. Three curved original antique glass panes encase the front and sides of this lovely cabinet. The widest pane is inserted into the middle door and opens to access five shelf spaces. The top two shelves are backed with a mirror to bring extra attention to the contents and reflect light. The lower two shelves and bottom of the cabinet have a wood back. The four shelves are removable and are carved with two plate holder grooves at the back. Elegantly curved and corbelled wood columns frame the bow glass door and continue down through the stately legs, which sit on the original working casters. The beautiful wood shows distinct graining.
The maker is unknown as the maker label is no longer in place, but quality workmanship shows. The cabinet is in good working condition. It has a lock beneath the handle on the door, but no key.

Some nicks and scratches in the wood as expected for age. Noticeable white water(?) stains on lowest base shelf. Worn area in stain where bottom edge of door closes. Curved wood areas are faced with veneer that is mostly in good condition. However, there are some chips in the veneer, most notably on the very bottom edge of the base and on the lower left column.
