This is a contemporary figurative painting of a nude woman seated on a sunny beach. Acrylic on cardboard. The painting itself measures 17" x 14" and is displayed in a decorative frame measuring 18.25" tall x 14.25" wide. Signed on verso Tatyana Ostapenko (Ukrainian/American painter) and dated May 17, 2012. Tatyana’s work has been exhibited at the Governors Island Art Fair (NYC), Jessa Biennial Of contemporary Art (Odessa, Ukraine), Cape Cod Art Museum (Dennis, MA), Littman Gallery (Portland, OR), Locker 50b (Richmond, VA), and Site Brooklyn Gallery, (NY, NY). The painting is in very good original condition. It is displayed in an inexpensive frame, just to show how fabulous the painting looks framed. I will include the frame as well. The frame does show some spotty losses, but complements this portrait beautifully.
