Ivan Mosca, Italian (Painter, Etcher, Lithographer, Italian 1915 - 2005)
Limited edition 125 of 200 colored lithograph of a Butterfly framed under glass. Pencil signed lower right. Italian artist and painter Ivan Mosca studied at the School of Book and the Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche in Monza. In 1936, he moved to Rome to attend the Academy of Fine Arts. Mosca developed relationships with Osvaldo Licini, Manlio Rho, Mario Radice and Atanasio Soldati through the Galleria Il Milione. His work became known in the United States through his assocation with gallery "L'Obelisco"
Dimensions: Image 17.5 tall x 13.25 inches wide, frame 20.5 wide x 27 inches tall.
Condition: Good vintage condition with minor scuffs to frame.
