Colors are vibrant and fresh, background is clean and just a touch off-white. Gold accents show some wear. No chips, cracks, crazing, repairs or discoloration that I can see. Appears unused. Austrian. Made for Ovington Brothers, New York, once a large and fancy purveyor of the finest china and home furnishings. Marked as shown. Displays beautifully. See less
